From photography and videography to radio broadcasting and podcasting, you could spend your summer teaching creative skills, producing content and capturing unforgettable moments around camp.

Photography is a favourite hobby for many and by becoming a Photography Teacher at camp will allow you to pass on your passion to campers and the pure joy in capturing unique imagery through the eye of the camera beholder.
Have the opportunity to build up your portfolio, capturing incredible landscapes right on your doorstep. Not only will you be involved in teaching the basics to campers but you may also be involved in documenting the everyday goings on around camp, providing images for the camp website where parents will be able to follow the fun their children are having all summer long.
You will be familiar with digital cameras and digital editing software, confident enough to pass this information on to campers.
Directors will be looking for creative individuals who are energetic, engaging and hardworking.
Your role will include the teaching of:
Passing on your knowledge to campers (camera parts, types, shooting techniques)
Exploring different camera types with campers (digital and film)
Developing negatives using a dark room
Encouraging campers to get creative and use their imagination to capture shots around camp
Helping campers make the most out of their images using digital editing software (photoshop)
Preferred Experience or Qualifications:
Completed 1st year in relevant degree
Practical experience and knowledge of equipment

As a Radio Broadcasting Instructor at camp, you’ll have the opportunity to inspire young broadcasters while helping them produce their own radio shows, interviews, podcasts and live announcements.
Whether you have experience in radio presenting, broadcasting, podcasting or audio production, you’ll spend your summer introducing campers to the exciting world of media.
You should have a genuine passion for broadcasting and feel confident sharing your knowledge with others. Camp directors are looking for enthusiastic, creative and confident communicators who can encourage campers to express themselves while developing valuable presentation and production skills.
Your role will include the teaching of:
Teaching the fundamentals of radio broadcasting, presenting and interviewing
Helping campers plan, script and produce their own radio shows and podcasts
Teaching basic audio recording and editing techniques
Encouraging confidence in public speaking and communication
Supporting campers with interviewing, storytelling and creative content creation
Managing broadcasting equipment and ensuring sessions are delivered safely
Preferred Experience or Qualifications:
Experience in radio broadcasting, podcasting, journalism, media or audio production
Confidence leading activities and working with children of different ages and abilities
